Clinical Reporting Automation

Structure core study information into practical document foundations.

StrucTrial is designed to support clinical development workflows by organizing essential trial inputs into reusable starting frameworks for SAP-related, TLF-related, and operational documents.

Product

StrucTrial is built to structure core clinical trial information and support the preparation of foundational document frameworks repeatedly needed across CO, DM, and statistical workflows.

Demo Version

The current demo version illustrates how essential study inputs — including study design, visit structure, analysis populations, endpoints, and output scope — can be translated into structured starting points for SAP-related, TLF-related, and operational documentation.

Rather than positioning itself as a fully automated document generator, StrucTrial focuses on reducing repetitive setup work, improving structural consistency across study documents, and providing a practical baseline that teams can review and refine.

  • Structured capture of core study information
  • Base framework generation for SAP drafting
  • Output planning support for TLF shells
  • Improved consistency across CO, DM, and STAT documents

Structured Study Inputs

Capture protocol and analysis information such as visits, endpoints, and analysis populations in a consistent format.

SAP / TLF Foundation

Prepare baseline frameworks that can support early SAP drafting and TLF shell planning.

Workflow Alignment

Reflect how study information is reused in actual CO, DM, and statistical documentation workflows.

About

StrucTrial is being developed from direct experience in clinical data management, statistical programming, and clinical operations.

I hold an M.S. in Biostatistics from the University of California, Davis (2018), and have worked across several clinical development roles: DM/STAT at Medytox, statistical programming at SK bioscience, and currently within the Clinical Development team at Hyundai Pharm, with responsibility for both statistics and data management.

Through hands-on work in clinical trials, one recurring inefficiency became clear: even when core study information is already defined, teams still spend substantial time recreating foundational documents across CO, DM, and STAT workflows.

StrucTrial is intended to address this gap by structuring essential trial information at the outset and using it to generate base frameworks for commonly used documents, with the goal of making clinical trial operations more consistent, scalable, and easier to manage.
